- Why ancient Greece in your inspiration?
Ancient Greece is full of history and know-how in jewelery and the working of precious metals. Constance combines design and know-how in her creations. Passionate about the elegance and refinement of the women of Ancient Greece, she designs jewelry in the image of these heroines, models of strength, wisdom and femininity.
- What material is your jewelry made of?
Constance Collection jewelry is made from brass. These are then plated in 18 carat gold with a thickness varying from 3 to 5 microns depending on the presence of a stone or not. Their finishes can be matte or polished.
- What does “100% recycled gold” mean?
Constance Collection jewelry plating is made of 100% recycled gold. 100% of the gold used comes from recovered gold to be remelted and then reused. Thus, Constance is part of a circular ecology scheme.
- Is your jewelry adjustable?
Constance Collection rings and bangles are all adjustable, just tighten or spread the two sides to adjust it to your finger or wrist.
Some models may be more difficult to tighten, do not hesitate to insist and force if necessary!
The bracelets and necklaces are fitted with a 3 to 4 cm reminder chain depending on the model.

- Are your stones set or glued?
All our stones are natural and meticulously set by hand
on your jewelry. Nature doing things well, these fine stones are not
never identical, thus guaranteeing the unique character of your jewellery.
- Are your jewels guaranteed?
The quality of the plating, under warranty for 3 years, allows the jewelry to stand the test of time .
- How do I maintain my jewelry?
First of all, we recommend that you avoid contact with perfume, chemicals and cosmetics to ensure a long and beautiful life for your jewelry.
If you don't wear them, get into the habit of putting them in the Constance Collection box or in a small pouch. It will wear best if always well covered and not mixed with other loose jewelry

- Can I change my delivery address?
When you place your first order, the address you provide will be saved as "default" in your personal account. In the "My Account" section, go to "View my addresses" and you can:
- Edit the default saved address.
- add one or more new delivery addresses;
- redefine the address of your choice as default.
- How can I log in if I forgot my password?
If you forget your password, don't panic! Click on "forgot password", an email will be sent to your associated mailbox to securely reset your password.

Apple Pay and PayPal services are also available.
- Can I change my order or delivery address?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. We recommend contacting our after-sales service as soon as possible by email (contact@collectionconstance.com) or using the contact form at this link.
Our team will do everything possible to help you.
- How will my order be packaged?
Each piece from the Constance Collection is placed in a beautiful box on velvet foam to prevent scratches. The box is then carefully packaged and shipped in a Colissimo box. Your order will be delivered upon signature.

- How do I track the delivery of my order?
All orders are sent via our Partner Colissimo.
An email with your tracking number will be automatically sent to you as soon as the package is shipped.
The package will be delivered to you against signature
Service & Returns
- I would like to exchange or return my jewelry, what should I do?
If one of our pieces of jewelry does not suit you, you can return it (within 14 days). A piece of Constance Collection jewelry must be returned in its original packaging (case), and must not have been worn.
To make a return, we invite you to download the form by clicking on "form" below. You will be shown the entire procedure to follow to make your return:
Our customer service will inform you of the successful receipt of your return by email.

Return period
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. A Constance Collection jewel must be returned in its original packaging (box), and must not have been worn.
- What are the reimbursement deadlines?
The refund period is between 5 and 10 working days from receipt and verification of your jewelry in our workshops.
- I want to have my product repaired, how should I proceed?
If your jewelry is damaged and/or broken, please contact us at the following address: contact@collectionconstance.com, specifying the breakage and sending us photos of the jewelry.
The workshop will review each request on a case-by-case basis. If the jewelry can be repaired, we will provide you with a price.
